Annie has been in education for 21 years and served in roles as classroom teacher, instructional coach, district math coordinator, and math consultant. She has 13 years of classroom experience (including post-pandemic) which makes what she shares with teachers relevant and well received. Annie’s leadership at the district level and as president of the Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics gives her the experience to support not only teachers, but coaches, principals, and district leadership teams.

Annie is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences, including the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. She is a Desmos fellow and has experience as a professional learning specialist for several curriculum companies.

She believes in partnering with districts to provide instructional coaching that empowers teachers and improves learning outcomes for students.
